Abstract


Chronic dacryocystitis is a common eye disease , brought great suffering to the patient . The chronic dacryocystitis treatment effect is directly related to the quality of life of patients , can not be ignored . There are many ways for the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis , three types of traditional surgical treatment is divided into the lacrimal dredge law , the lacrimal duct diversion law and lacrimal reconstruction method . In recent years, with the development of medical technology , lacrimal duct cannulation and laser lacrimal duct to clear the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis simple , broad indications , safe and effective , with few complications , does not affect the appearance and the recovery of patients with lacrimal duct physiological function and get more and more applications . The therapeutic effect of the various treatments and different indications , this article was done on of chronic dacryocystitis treatment method as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the various methods and improved progress .
