Abstract


The purpose of research Survivin and Bcl-2 protein expression in the OVC compared with oral squamous cell carcinoma and explore its role in the occurrence, development and prognosis of OVC. Methods 15 cases of oral verrucous carcinoma (8 cases of exogenous verrucous carcinoma, cyst / infiltration seven cases of verrucous carcinoma), 30 patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma (high, medium / poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma 15 cases), 15 cases of normal oral mucosa using immunohistochemical SP method detected in the specimen Bcl-2, Survivin expression and distribution. Results 1.Surivin protein expression and a Oral cancer and oral squamous cell carcinoma tissue Surivin protein expression levels were higher than normal oral mucosa (all P <0.01). Oral cancer and oral squamous cell carcinoma tissue Surivin protein expression no significant difference (P> 0.05) b. The exogenous type verrucous carcinoma cancer tissue in Surivin protein levels below cysts / invasive verrucous carcinoma, well-differentiated squamous cell carcinoma and poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma (p <0.05). The cyst / infiltration verrucous carcinoma and well-differentiated squamous cell carcinoma, the in / poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma of comparison, cancer tissue Surivin protein expression was no significant difference (P> 0.05). c oral squamous cell protein expression and pathological grade of Surivin, age, gender, anatomical site and clinical staging (P> 0.05), and lymph node metastasis (p <0.01). 2.Bcl-2 protein expression of Bcl-2 protein expression levels were higher than normal oral mucosa (all P <0.01). Oral cancer and oral squamous cell carcinoma tissue. Oral cancer and oral squamous cell carcinoma tissue expression of Bcl-2 protein were significantly different (P <0.05). Bcl-2 protein expression levels of exogenous type verrucous carcinoma cancer tissue below cysts / invasive verrucous carcinoma, well-differentiated squamous cell carcinoma, and poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma (p <0.05). Oral cancer tissue of Survivin protein and Bcl-2 protein expression was positively correlated (r = 0.591, P <0.05). Of Survivin protein and Bcl-2 protein expression was positively correlated (r = 0.539, p <0.05) Conclusion 1.survivin and Bcl-2 may the OVC and oral squamous cell carcinoma during the development of oral squamous cell carcinoma played an important role. 2.survivin and Bcl-2 protein level description, cyst / infiltration OVC the above exogenous OVC and even some well-differentiated squamous cell carcinoma of oral invasive and metastatic potential. Genes with apoptosis 3.Survivin gene expression of Bcl-2 in oral verrucous carcinoma and oral squamous cell carcinoma of the occurrence and development process of a synergistic effect.
