Objective: to investigate patients with lung cancer due to the fatigue of the incidence and degree. Study cancer due to fatigue -related symptoms and influencing factors , discussed cancer treatment fatigue . 3 . Study of patients with lung cancer related fatigue and quality of life relationship . Methods: A collection of history and questionnaire combined approach . A test to fill in the attached table. The cancer fatigue scale , amount of fatigue numeric grade evaluation form and the quality of life in patients with lung cancer investigation was measured the Chinese Scale FACT-L version distributed to lung cancer patients entered voluntarily by the patient , recovered fill . The lung cancer patients receiving radiotherapy radiotherapy 15 days again once again to accept the amount of fatigue numeric level assessment tiredness and record . The data obtained using SPSS13.0 statistical analysis software . Results: 1. Fatigue incidence of 80.6% , 81.3 % , severe fatigue, mainly fatigue score was 4.65 ± 2.87. 2. Pain and sleep disorder is the the weakness most common related symptoms , depression is a common mood disorder cancer patients related with cancer related fatigue , appetite and emotional fatigue in patients with a negative correlation . Hemoglobin , serum albumin , WBC and neutrophil count and weak degree of correlation ; radiotherapy affect the degree of the patient 's fatigue . 4 lung cancer patients to survive on their own quality evaluation are not satisfied , 51.4 % , cancer related fatigue and quality of life was negatively correlated . Conclusion: The high incidence of fatigue in patients with lung cancer and severe , greatly affect the patient's quality of life . Improve patient complications such as pain , sleep disorders , depression, anemia , low white blood cells , hypoproteinemia , etc. , can reduce the degree of fatigue, to some extent , improve the patient's quality of life .
