Objective: To investigate the incidence of 10 to 30 - year - old young women with gynecological malignancies , clinical characteristics , treatment modalities , pathological type of tumor and preserve the reproductive function and significance of ovarian function . Methods : Retrospective analysis and summary of Shandong University Qilu Hospital of 2006 were 1997 , 10 to 30 - year - old young women with gynecological malignancies in patients with age , the incidence of years , the pathological nature of the tumor , staging , treatment, and other clinical data . : Decade Shandong University Qilu Hospital of young women with gynecological malignancies in patients aged 10 to 30 accounted for 85 cases , the average age of 25.2 years , with a median age of 26 years old . Cervical malignancy in 21 cases, 6 cases of endometrial cancer , uterine choriocarcinoma 9 cases , vulvar cancer , ovarian cancer 43 cases ; most common primary site for the ovaries, a total of 43 cases (51%) . Followed by the cervix, a total of 21 cases (25%) ; increasing age , increased incidence of gynecological malignancies . Malignant ovarian tumors , germ cell tumors , mainly the lack of specificity of clinical manifestations ; major clinical manifestations of cervical malignancy contact bleeding and menstrual disorders . 71.4 % of the squamous cell carcinoma , adenocarcinoma 28.6 % , Ⅰ _a of ~ Ⅱ _a period accounted for 76 % , Ⅱ _b period and accounted for more than 24% ; retain reproductive function in patients with 14 cases of 15 pregnancies ( ovarian malignancy Ⅰ 13 cases , phase Ⅱ ), the pregnancy rate was 67% ; Univariate analysis showed that different cervical cancer surgery ( whether or not to retain the ovaries ) has nothing to do with the survival rate ( p = 0.83 ) . Preserve fertility in epithelial ovarian cancer or not, does not affect the survival rate (p = 0.37), ovarian cancer staging and prognosis ( p = <0.001 ) . Cox multivariate analysis showed that stage only independent prognostic factors , surgical approach , age , chemotherapy and prognosis . Conclusion: the ovarian malignancies accounted for the first 10 to 30 - year - old young women with gynecological malignancies , followed by cervical cancer and endometrial cancer . The adolescent female gynecological malignancies diagnostic clinical features should be noted that emphasis on gynecological examination and imaging studies . Various seek to retain the conservative treatment of young patients with ovarian function and reproductive function is important .
