Objective: through ultrasound-guided renal adipose capsule injection of methylprednisolone injection method , the success rate , complications , and prognosis for the treatment of primary glomerulonephritis research , to investigate its clinical value . Methods : 30 patients with ultrasound-guided renal adipose capsule injection of methyl prednisolone 40mg / times , twice a week for five weeks for a course of treatment . Its 24-hour urinary protein excretion , serum total protein , serum albumin , urine output , serum creatinine were measured before and after the injection . Results: (1) renal adipose capsule thickness is greater than 5mm by the success rate of 96.6% ( 314 / 325 ) ; renal adipose capsule thickness less than 5mm by the success rate of 77.1% ( 212 / 275 ) . Stress, complications puncture puncture site pain , edema , perirenal hematoma , which is more common puncture site pain . ( 2) Note the change statistically significant difference (1857.00 ± 285.74mg and 1787.06 ± 158.90mg , P < 0.05 ) ; drugs before and after the 24-hour urinary protein excretion and serum total protein , albumin change statistically significant (61.30 ± 3.59g / L and 64.36 ± 2.55 g / LP <0.05 ) , ( 35.73 ± 2.72 g / L tooth 140.23 ± 3.06 g / LP <0.05); urine output , no significant change in serum creatinine ( 1857.00 ± 285.74μmol / L and 1787.06 ± 158.90μmol/LP > 0.05 ) ( 101.20 ± 12.82μmol / L and 95.73 ± 6.82μmol/LP > 0.05 ) . Conclusion: Ultrasound-guided renal adipose capsule injection of methyl prednisolone high success rate , fewer complications, fewer side effects , the effect is significant . Is a new and effective method of medication glucocorticoid treatment of primary glomerulonephritis .
