Objective: To analyze cardiopulmonary bypass after acute kidney injury (Acute Kidney Injury, AKI) the incidence and risk factors . Methods: Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University, October 2003 to September 2007 , 5100 cases of thoracic surgery patients undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass surgery , according to the latest ADQI AKI diagnostic criteria , postoperative urine output of less than 0.5 ml of / (kg.h) patients over six hours as postoperative AKI A group does not meet this standard postoperative AKI in group B did not happen . 340 cases of patients in group A , B group of 4760 cases , all variables , chi-square test or the Mann-Whitney U test and logistic analysis . Results : cardiopulmonary bypass AKI was 6.7% , univariate analysis found that the following factors for postoperative AKI occurred related risk factors : age , preoperative serum creatinine, preoperative ejection fraction , preoperative β2- globulin , serum albumin level , blood levels of uric acid , intraoperative pulmonary bypass time , aortic clamping time and the amount of mannitol , postoperative intubation time , postoperative hypotension after oxygen and postoperative PH value . Multivariate analysis layer screening found that independent risk factors for postoperative AKI factors : preoperative creatinine level , left ventricular ejection fraction , the main artery resistance in the blood uric acid level , serum β2 microglobulin surgery Centre pulmonary bypass time , intraoperative off time , postoperative intubation time , postoperative hypotension and postoperative oxygen partial pressure . Conclusion: a variety of factors for perioperative cardiopulmonary bypass surgery in patients with postoperative AKI occurrence is closely related to its independent risk factor . The findings of this research for cardiopulmonary bypass in patients with postoperative AKI risk assessment monitoring and prevention of AKI has a positive meaning .
