Objective hyperoxia solution treatment of rabbits with severe acute pancreatitis pancreatitis , observed serum nitric oxide (nitrogen oxide, NO), amylase ( amylase , AMY ) , blood gas analysis (blood gas analysis), white blood cell ( WBC ) total and pancreatic pathology score , to investigate its role in the treatment of rabbits with acute necrotizing pancreatitis . Methods rabbit 40 were randomly divided into four groups ; blank control group (control group), sham group (sham operation, SO group ) , group of severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) and hyperbaric oxygen liquid treatment group (HO), each group 10 . Rabbit biliopancreatic duct reverse injection of 5% sodium taurocholate solution preparation SAP model . After 3 hours , 6 hours and 10 hours , respectively, in the marginal ear move, venous blood sampling for inspection 10 hours to take groups of rabbits pancreatic tissue to do a biopsy . Results of blood gas analysis of the HO group than the control group , SO group, SAP group ( P < 0.05 ) ; the SAP group AMY, NO, WBC were higher than the blank control group SO group , HO group (P <0.01); HO group AMY, NO than the control group , SO group ; the SAP group pathological total points higher than the blank control group SO group , HO group ; the HO group pathology total score is less than the SAP group , but higher than that of the control group , SO group . Conclusion HO used SAP rabbits after treatment , testing prompted AMY, NO WBC reduced oxygen partial pressure of blood gas analysis showed increased biopsy score prompted to alleviate pancreatic lesions showed that HO has a therapeutic effect on SAP .
