Abstract


China's coal enterprise asset management level is relatively backward, fixed asset management controls are not in place , resulting in idle fixed assets and the loss of cash flow difficulties, asset utilization is low and other issues. This article from the coal quality fixed assets of enterprises run perspective study on the quality of the operation of fixed assets to establish a set of evaluation index system and evaluation model . First, ask questions, explains the research of coal quality evaluation of fixed assets of enterprises need to run through the operating characteristics of the fixed assets and asset management of the basic theory, the coal enterprise asset management problems and their causes , and from the operational status of fixed assets starting material was constructed to run quality, value, operational quality , information quality and human resources to run run quality criteria layer running on fixed assets quality evaluation index system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method constructed fixed asset operation quality evaluation model . Finally, in order to pay the village coal mines of case study , to deal with the fixed assets of the village coal mines operating quality were evaluated in order to further improve the fixed assets to pay the village coal mines operating quality provides a guideline to verify the practicality and effectiveness evaluation model , and proposed the establishment of a sound physical fixed assets , value, information and human resources to run management system, strengthen the acceptance of fixed assets , maintenance and inventory , improve the use and operation of fixed assets on-site management , the whole process for all staff fully efficient management and maintenance measures , so as to enhance the quality of coal enterprises run fixed assets . Evaluation of the quality of operation of fixed assets is not once and for all things, and according to the PDCA cycle requires ongoing planning, implementation , inspection, improvement. Because of the limited depth of the coal enterprises fixed assets when evaluating the quality of operation and how to achieve the dynamic management of the assets , as well as the scientific evaluation index selection remains to be further explored.
