Today coronary stent implantation has become one of the most important method of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). From clinical observation, in-stent restenosis (ISR) and major adverse cardial events (MACE) also occurred after coronary artery stent implantation. The risk factors of atherosclerosis, angiographic, procedural features and drug effect are the main risk factors of ISR and MACE. These factors include sex, age, diabetes, coronary lesion length, severity of coronary stenosis, lesion type, stent length, and stent type. Left ventricular function(LVF), renal function, brain natriuretic peptide, maybe also the risk factors of ISR and MACE.
