Abstract

Objective: Doppler tissue imaging technical evaluation hypertrophic cardiomyopathy patients with ventricular contraction movement coordination . Methods: 38 cases of normal control group , patients with hypertensive heart disease (HHD) 38 patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy patients (HCM) 38 patients , average age (38.5 ± 6.9) years old . Tissue Doppler imaging technique were measured mitral annular side wall of the interventricular septum , sidewall , inferior wall, anterior and tricuspid annulus right ventricular peak systolic velocity (Sm), peak early diastolic velocity ( Em ) , the peak late diastolic velocity ( Am ) , em / Am , and measuring the the QRS start time to the start of each ventricular peak systolic velocity (Q-Sm), to clear each group ventricle contraction delay time ( Intra - V -Del to ) the change of the delay time (inter-V-Del) and the ventricular contraction . Results : DMI analysis showed that the the HCM group segmental wall peak systolic speed ( Sm ) , early diastolic peak speed ( Em ) , Em / Am than normal control group and the HHD group ( P lt; 0.05 ) , while the HHD group Sm with normal control group , no significant difference ( P gt ; 0.05) the the HHD group of left ventricular mitral annulus segmental wall Em / Am , Em than the normal control group ( P lt ; 0.05) , while the HHD right ventricular tricuspid annulus group sidewall Em / Am , Em , and the normal control group had no significant difference ( P gt ; 0.05) . As for the time period ( Q - Sm) , the HCM group was significantly higher than the other two groups ( P lt; 0.01 ) , and patients with HCM have obvious ventricle and ventricular contraction delay ( P lt ; 0.001) and normal control group the HHD group performance ventricular contraction sports synchronization of HCM group ventricle contraction delay (intra-V-Del) and ventricular septal thickness (IVST) there is a significant positive correlation ( P lt ; 0.001) the HHD group of ventricular contraction delay (intra-V-Del) and ventricular septal thickness (IVST) no significant correlation . Conclusion: hypertrophic cardiomyopathy presence of left ventricular the sport contraction coordination disorder and systolic function decline . Therefore, through the evaluation of the above parameters , the treatment effect and prognosis of patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy has important clinical significance .
