ObjectiveThe objeetive of this study is to clarify AIDS and STD infections tatus and related factors.among CSW group and improve their high risk behaviors for redueing their HIV and syphilis infection and set up a scientific basis for developing health education and behavior interveniion.MethodsThe face to face investigation were done among surveyed subjects by professional or monitor point of free inquire checkout to investigate subjects proceed questionnaire survey and take blood sample proceed AIDS virus, Syphilis antibody detection. Whole process strict according to relative request execution, Ensures information dependable, Kills accurate. Adopts EPidata software proceed investigate questionaire data input, Use SPSS15.0, SAS9.1 software package to data proceeds statistic analysis.Result1. This researches in all obtain 834 Commercial Sex Worker ’s effective questionaire, Among them 408 in 2007, 426 in 2008. Among the 834 Commercial Sex Worker, 83 ( 10%) are drug addict, 17 peoples ( 20.48%) are drug addict ,They have been lately 6 months have inject drugs history, Among them 13 peoples has been lately 6 month have share needle history.2. The rate of knowing the knowledge relatives to AIDS is enhanced, The approach Obtains knowledge is enlarged, The infects rate of AIDS belong to low popular level, Syphilises infects rate conspicuously descended in the two years.
