Abstract


Duoduo,who has been writing since 1972,is a very important poet on Chinese contemporary parnassus.His poetry is unique,which is a combination of clear insight, superb language,the most attractive rhythm,and a character of responsibility and warmth.More and more people like them.After being on overseas for 15 years , Duoduo returned to homeland in 2004,which aroused great repercussions on Chinese pamassus.He was named the year’s“Annual poet”.But so far ,the study on Duoduo’s poetry is little.Most people known him as a member of“Baiyangdain Poetry groups”(1969-1976) or an obscure poet.As a individual one,his uniqueness has not been showen.In this paper I try to highlight his significance on contemporary pamassus as an individual one.This paper is divided into four parts.ChapterⅠis about the review of researches on Duoduo’s poetry,including the status and the focus of researches.ChapterⅡis about the study on poetry themes,“enlightenment”,“existentialism”, and returning to the tradition.The focus is that Duoduo had been impacted a lot by existentialism philosophy and literature.It is also a creation of the paper.Given complexity and containment of thinking,a specific time demarcation isn’t made.ChapterⅢis about the study on the main images.“Image”is“objective correlative”of emotion, through which we try to know Duoduo’s understanding of life, our society, and the world.Chapter IV is about the study on the poetry language,it is the focus of the paper. The language of Duoduo’s poetry is highly infectious,which attracts most researchers’attention. In this chapter relative research results have been integrated and supplemented to make the study more comprehensive, which includes the language consciousness of the poet, and the paradox, dramatic, and musical characters of the poetry language.
