Abstract


Learning difficulties is a relatively common problem in primary and secondary education . Students with Learning Disabilities is a special group of schools has its own characteristics , especially in the subjective self-awareness . Pay more attention to the requirements of quality education for students with learning difficulties . The teachers have a responsibility to help students with learning difficulties to a correct understanding of the learning and understanding of self- learning ability and help them correct view of learning difficulties , and to find effective strategies to help them overcome their difficulties . Part of the high school students in English disciplines , there are serious difficulties , which requires teachers to understand students specific stage difficult to seek an effective solution to the strategies of English academic difficulties . Teachers must help them actively into the learning activities , build self-confidence , to improve learning self- efficacy , in order to improve the learning backward situation , and ultimately greatly improve the academic performance . The references of the relevant theoretical information at home and abroad , mainly self-efficacy theory , motivation attribution theory , humanistic learning theory and cooperative learning theory , a high school English students with learning difficulties , the use of high school students in English learning self-efficacy questionnaire and English learning situation questionnaire survey to collect information on the relationship between self-efficacy study investigated the English academic achievement of students with learning difficulties learning English . The survey results found that between English learning difficulties (1) self - efficacy in the initial year and excellent students no statistically significant differences , but after a year , second year, third year , students with learning difficulties , self - efficacy showed a downward trend , excellent students , self - efficacy , a clear upward trend . ( 2) excellent students self-efficacy of men and women was no significant difference in the development of students with learning difficulties demonstrating self efficacy development of gender differences in the High School stage overall decline in self-efficacy . Visible sophomore stage is a critical stage of changes in self-efficacy students with learning difficulties . Self - efficacy training after a semester of sophomore some students with learning difficulties , the comparative experimental classes and control classes of self - efficacy , concluded : English students with learning difficulties , self - efficacy and significant relationship between their academic performance ; on the train and develop their self - efficacy can improve their English self-efficacy , and improve their English academic achievement .
