Abstract


Vocabulary learning is an important part of language learning . Ordinary high school English curriculum standards \that \And English curriculum standards explicitly proposed to strengthen the teaching of learning strategies , students good study habits and form an effective learning strategies for their future development and life-long learning and lay a good foundation . Characteristics of the existing textbooks, vocabulary can be summed up as a new , hybrid , long , and more , students spend a lot of time to memorize words , but the effect is not obvious , the impact of the interest and confidence of students learning English , and teachers generally felt the traditional teaching of vocabulary concepts and methods have become increasingly unsuited to the requirements of the English curriculum standards , and therefore on the basis of outstanding traditional vocabulary teaching strategies to explore effective line vocabulary of the English curriculum standards \an important issue. Subject to Huai'an Beijing Road Middle School 234 high school students for the survey , the survey found that the overall level of the high school students' English vocabulary learning strategies , many students have little or almost no use of vocabulary learning strategies . Metacognitive strategies , resource management strategies , utilizing strategies generally low level , therefore , strategy training for high school students , and very necessary to improve the strategy level . Combination of existing research and new curriculum requirements for English vocabulary learning strategies , vocabulary learning strategy training sample of 38 students . The experimental results show that : the training of high school students English vocabulary learning strategies , can significantly improve their English vocabulary learning strategies overall level , to improve their English academic . Vocabulary learning strategies as an integral part of the learning strategies should be integral part in English teaching .
