Abstract


The Campus Culture has a foundation and guiding role in the development of the social and cultural. Campus Culture has an important place in the whole basic education, by specification, implied, edification, enlightenment and management, and other forms of direct or indirect influence students' ideas, moral qualities, psychological personality, behavior and habits, thereby facilitating raise the overall performance of the students. Education is facing new situations accompanied with the knowledge-based economy, the challenges of the new problem, the construction of campus culture has also become increasingly attention has been paid, this is not an individual or an organization want attention, but a general trend. Campus cultural influence and promote students' all-round, harmonious development process, have any other means of education are unmatched by alternative. Schools ability to cultivate a new generation a lofty ideal, noble minded, healthy personality, mental health, quality of work depends largely on the construction of campus culture.
