Abstract


The media is one of today 's most dynamic industries . Since the 1960s , the Western media industry with the prevalence of economic circles Enterprise Group (Conglomemte) of the development of philosophy and mode of development , there have been a number of media and enterprise groups . AOL - Time Warner , Disney , Bertelsmann , Wei Kamu , News Group 's five largest media group called the global media industry giant . The study of these media giants operating strategy for the Chinese media has certain referential significance . In this paper, Murdoch's News Corporation as the research object , elaborate , and News Corporation 's business and the course of development , the paper will go straight to dissect its business strategy . News Corporation 's business strategy is summarized as seven: M \u0026 A strategy , integration strategy , brand strategy , globalization and localization strategy , strategic alliances , and technology development strategy . Any purpose of the study is to guide practice , the fourth part of this paper believes that in order to meet the challenges faced after the accession to the WTO , China's media can be borrowed from the five aspects of News Corporation 's business strategy , institutional policy reform and the integration of multiple acquisitions media diversified highlight the scale ; broaden the financing channels , accelerate capital accumulation ; media industry , operating a variety of business ; implementation of brand strategy to build influential media brand .
