Abstract


Objective:observe clinical curative effect of TONGFENGQINGJIETANG to the acute gout arthritisMethods:80 patients were randomly divided into two groups, Treatment group and control group 40 cases. The treatment group received treatment from the proposed TONGFENGQINGJIETANG; Control group received oral treatment of TFD Capsule. Continuous treatment of the week. Joint swelling and pain were observed in patients with associated symptoms and laboratory indices.Results:Treatment of acute gouty arthritis TONGFENGQINGJIETANG total effective rate of 92.5%, Control group given TFD capsules(87.5%) were significantly different (P<0.05) TONGFENGQINGJIETANG could remarkably lower BUA, ESR and CRP; clinical symptoms were improved significantly.Conclusion:The above results show that TONGFENGQINGJIETANG is an effective arthrifuge. Its remarkable curative effects indicate an prospective future infurther development and clinical application.
