Abstract

With the acceleration of the process of industrialization in Xinjiang as an important source of energy and raw material base, especially the development of the energy industry, raw material industry and the chemical industry, the future economic and social development has brought great pressure on the environment. From the road of industrialization of the world's industrialized countries and regions, the process of industrialization in Xinjiang will make the conflict between economic development and environmental trend was intensified. To achieve the goal of sustainable development, grasp the law of industrial development, optimizing industrial structure, is the current effective measures to reduce pollutant emissions intensity. The adjustment of the industrial structure depends more on the local government's development strategy. Therefore, the right approach in policy formulation, analysis of the program structured environmental effects of a variety of industries to determine the environment and the economy the coordinated development of \Xinjiang has a dry climate, perennial drier land is desert and Gobi, only 4.4% of the area is an oasis, the forest coverage rate of only 2.1%, fragile ecosystems, poor environmental conditions, the ecological environment in desert ecosystem, fragile ecosystems, difficult to recover after the destruction of the unique attributes; core area of ??the Xinjiang Production and life is an independent distribution system at the edge of the desert oasis, oasis equally difficult to ecological restoration characteristics.
