Abstract


Since China since the establishment of environmental protection system , for the prevention of environmental pollution have focused on industrial pollution and urban pollution . For a long time , rural environmental protection is often neglected by people, especially the rural ecological environment pollution and ecological destruction increasingly serious , but not taken seriously . Rural environmental problems are affecting the current rural economic development an important social issue, but also building a new socialist countryside is an important issue . To solve the problem of rural ecological environment , establish and improve the ecological environment protection system is inevitable. Text is divided into three parts. The first part is an introduction , that the purpose and significance of this study objectives and research methods are described, for documents related to domestic and foreign research profiles were reviewed and summarized for the text provides a theoretical and research ideas on the bedding ; first the second part is the rural ecological environment overview, first expounded the theoretical basis of ecological and environmental protection in rural areas , followed by the introduction of the status of rural eco-environmental protection , namely that the achievements of the main problems and the main causes , and finally introduced rule of law in China's rural ecological environment protection status of the rule of law that the rural ecological environment construction achievements and shortcomings, mainly discusses the rural ecological environment protection law system , with regard to legislation to protect rural ecological environment, ecological environment in rural areas of law enforcement and judicial some of the shortcomings . Such as rural recycling economy imperfect legislation , lack of soil pollution control legislation and legislation need to improve rural water pollution control , ecological and environmental protection in rural areas , and rural law enforcement is not strict environmental justice there are still many barriers and other issues. The third part is the construction of the rule of law in rural ecological environment protection measures . In response to these issues for rural eco-environmental protection legal system to further improve some of the recommendations , hoping to build a new socialist countryside and rural ecological environment protection benefit .
