Abstract

Changsha City in Hunan Province, east, in recent years, rapid development of industry, cities and towns expanding ecosystem in Changsha pose a great threat. Therefore, the ecological security of the system to evaluate and improve the awareness of the importance of the system balance, contributing to population, resources, environment and economic and social coordinated and sustainable development, and promote eco-city of Changsha and two types of social construction, help promote the Urban Agglomeration of ecological security construction, Changsha harmonious development. Currently in Changsha city combine the natural ecological, economic and social conditions less comprehensive study, especially in Changsha quantitative evaluation of ecological security less. This article is based on this background the following aspects of ecological security in Changsha were evaluated and received the relevant conclusions. (1) According to the \Based on the evaluation criteria established principles and requirements, considering Changsha natural, economic and social conditions, building ecological security evaluation criteria Changsha system. (2) Application of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in Changsha in 2007 ecological security situation and the time difference between 2001-2007 were analyzed and evaluated. The results showed: 2007 Changsha City Ecological Security Evaluation is 2.25, close to grade Ⅱ, basically in a good level. 2001-2007 Changsha City Ecological Security Evaluation showed a gradual improvement in the value of the trend level value declined from 2007 to 2001 2.71 to 2.25, indicating that social development, technological progress, people can change the values ??to some extent mitigate the human activities on the natural ecosystems pressure. (3) Based on the Ecological Security Evaluation 2001-2006 level values ??and the corresponding index statistics, the use of statistical software SPSS14.0 stepwise regression model building Changsha forecasting model for ecological security and data validation with 2007 models reasonable. The results showed that: stepwise regression model to predict the results of the previous fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method basically consistent with the results, the final model used in Changsha 2008-2020 ecological security evaluation grade values ??are forecasted results show that in the current operation of the law does not occur under changing conditions, the construction of ecological security Changsha prospects are very optimistic, showing a gradual improvement of good posture. (4) based on the consolidated results of the evaluation and the ecological security barrier Changsha analysis, combined with the Changsha Municipal environmental problems that currently exist, come to Changsha ecological security construction of the main limiting factor. The limiting factor for the presence in Changsha City environmental protection, and other aspects of human activity, countermeasures for ecological security maintenance and management decision-making basis.
