Abstract


Sustainable development as a new development concepts and models , the vast majority of countries have been recognized and accepted by the government . Sustainable resource base most important and basic than the land resources. Sustainable use of land but also to achieve regional sustainable development strategies of the basic protection , how to promote population, land resources, social , economic, ecological environment coordination between the development of the whole economy and society to guarantee the sustainable development of great significance . Based on this, draw on the most popular measure used in a sustainable way \This paper uses the \the dynamic process of development and sustainable land structure , results show that the Changde City ecological Footprint period 2003-2007 showed a rising trend , in 2003 the per capita ecological footprint was 2.0516 hm2, to 2007 reached 2.5279 hm2, grew 0.4763hm2, average annual growth was 5%. While little change in ecological carrying capacity , was the level of development of basic , small fluctuations . 2003 The ecological deficit 1.4243 hm2, 2007 Ecological deficit 1.8780hm2, the absolute value of the ecological deficit increased 0.4537hm2, ecological deficit was increasing trend , sustainable land use in an absolutely ecological pressure being . Changde City is further reflected in sustainable land use and economic development in the relationship between this calculated yuan GDP ecological footprint , ecological footprint elasticity coefficient , ecological footprint and ecological footprint diversity development capacity and other indicators. Finally , through the Changde City, evaluation and analysis of sustainable land use , land-use for the current problems , from the protection of farmland , improve biological yield per unit of land , increasing the diversity of land use types , and promote construction land intensive use , adjusting industry structure, control population growth, correctly guide consumption trends and other aspects of concrete measures to ease the pressure on land ecological Changde City , Changde City to promote the sustainable development of land resources .
