2004 alms minister made clear that "vocational education is employment education", this concept is put forward, necessary professional training goal of vocational schools and training ideas have a huge impact, under the guidance of this concept, vocational schools must strengthen vocational college students' practice ability and professional skill training, must study the market further, strengthen the study of secondary vocational school computer course practice teaching. So this thesis has chosen the course practice teaching in secondary vocational school computer research as the main body, on the premise of "competence-based view", to "market" theory to evaluate the guidance, taking the step of "systems engineering" activity as the research steps, studied the secondary vocational computer courses teaching practice.
