Abstract

China's annual output of starch , 1 × 10 ~ 7t, slag waste potato starch processing industry annual emissions of more than 3.4 × 10 ~ 6t, more than 2 × 10 caused by starch wastewater . Potato residue is not easy to store and transport , rotten produce malodorous , any emissions easily cause environmental pollution ; potato starch wastewater chemical oxygen demand (COD) more than 30000mg / L is a general method of the difficult governance of organic wastewater . Engineering Research Institute of Harbin Institute of Technology microbial invention to microbial processing potato waste and juice waste production of single cell protein (SCP) of potato waste and the juice water resources technology , a great success . For this technique , the subject further process optimization , in order to the actual production efficiency and economy . The one hand , the test organic potato starch wastewater sedimentation method , including the flocculation sedimentation method , heat treatment method and microbial degradation method . The study found : by the non-toxic, affordable CaCl2 flocculation processing 48h, starch wastewater effectively flocculation and sedimentation of more than 42% crude protein ; starch wastewater by 70 ° C heat treatment 1h COD removal efficiency of more than 45% ; via homemade microorganisms agents fermentation at 30 ℃ 48h, starch wastewater residual COD 1700mg / L, the removal rate of over 90 % . On the other hand , to the process of fermentation of potato waste production SCP fermentation liquid COD change as a measure to optimize the fermentation process , optimize content including time , inoculants , inoculum size, temperature and ventilation . The study found that: 28 ° C fermentation conditions in the the Daxinganling Lai snow refined starch company airlift fermenter 165t 6 ~ 7d fermentation, the fermentation effluent COD removal efficiency is maintained at about 60% ; 500mL shake flask culture conditions , the mixed bacteria agent ( Bacillus pumilus utilis yeast Aspergillus niger, Trichoderma viride Trichoderma harzianum Trichoderma ) after 6d fermentation , fermentation liquid waste COD removal efficiency of 66 % ; 500mL shake flask culture conditions , inoculum size of 1/2000 system and 1/1000 of inoculum size system fermented potato waste 6d, fermentation effluent COD removal efficiency : 70% and 76 % , a difference of only 6 % ; 500mL shake flask culture conditions , 28 ℃ for the mixed inoculant fermentation of potato waste the most suitable temperature 6d COD removal efficiency of 71% ; in the the homemade gas lift bioreactor the 1500mL system in , 0.1vvm ventilation for optimum ventilation of the mixed inoculant in 28 ℃ fermentation potatoes in slag after fermentation 6d COD removal efficiency of 55% .
