Abstract


In recent years, China 's water pollution situation is very serious, significant sudden water pollution public events frequently. Among them, the Three Gorges Dam with its unique geographical location and social status, became the focus of a number of experts and scholars , especially in the Three Gorges Reservoir After , due migrant relocation , reservoir inundation and other factors , the Three Gorges reservoir area of industrial pollution, urban sewage and other pollution emissions from large vessels , causing reservoir eutrophication and other aspects of water pollution problems , most likely caused by the Three Gorges Dam major water pollution emergency, therefore , the Three Gorges dam burst water pollution public Events and the importance of emergency management is particularly prominent. This paper studies the Three Gorges Dam water pollution public emergency resource database build frame construction and the completion of the necessary policy support , the purpose is to water pollution in the Three Gorges Dam watershed resources, public emergencies and technology to manage the database .
