Abstract


In high dynamic social environment for China's reform and opening up and rapid economic development , the competition and the ability to adapt to corporate senior managers face great challenges . How scientific evaluation is both strategic management, human resource management an important issue facing business executives . Defects in the the traditional the personnel evaluation ideological and model import ecology the twists and evolution has become mature , niche theory and its quantitative evaluation techniques , the use of the unique advantages of niche evaluation described species competition and harmonious coexistence between effective through qualitative research and quantitative research to build a the business executives niche evaluation model . The thesis is divided into background research , theoretical research and empirical studies of three parts . The first part of the thesis expounded the significance of the topic , path and logical framework ; theoretical study some of the major use of literature research for senior managers , social stratification theory and the theory of the niche comprehensive study on this basis , has defined the senior managers niche content , laid the theoretical basis of the research . Empirical research , the first use of qualitative research to draw executives niche theoretical model evaluation and design based on the evaluation of the preliminary questionnaire executives niche . Followed by the use of exploratory factor analysis of the initial model of the executives niche evaluation ; formal questionnaire to collect data on this basis , design , model , confirmatory factor analysis , and finally got to include the Academic Accomplishment character literacy , competency , organization advantage , the organization of social responsibility , the executives of the six dimensions of organizational resources entrusted niche evaluation model .
