Abstract


The Yangtze river delta is China's current economic development the fastest, largest economy and most has the development potential of economic sectors, with further speed up of economic globalization and China's accession to the wto, the development of economy and to strengthen contact, objectively requires market integration as the core to promote the Yangtze river delta economic integration development. Currently, however, the Yangtze river delta regional cooperation coordination mechanism is still in its infancy, there are a lot of problems and difficulties faced with the institutional. In essence, these problems and difficulties from the deep-rooted "administrative region economy" phenomenon in our country. While trying to adjust administrative divisions, futile attempt to solve the problem, regional boundaries are always exist, even adjusting administrative divisions, also can bring new "administrative region economy" phenomenon. To bear the huge cost due to administrative division adjustment, less emphasis on cooperation and coordination between the administrative region. With multi-level institutional innovation as the forerunner, thus forming the integration of Yangtze river delta and the government system innovation of the new pattern of positive interaction.
