Abstract


The issue of food safety has become a major problem of the relationship between the health of the people and the people's livelihood , the party and the government , and society as a whole . Frequent cause of food safety problems are many reasons , but the main reason is that our country is in from the socialist planned economy to a socialist market economy in the transition process , the traditional food safety supervision and administrative law enforcement system can not adapt to the market economy development needs. Therefore , from the perspective of supervision , improve food safety, the legal system and build a need to adapt to the development of the situation of food safety supervision and administrative law enforcement system , both imperative , but also the long-term solution , and the fundamental strategy . In the study of foreign advanced experience in administrative law enforcement system based on China's national conditions , the strategic suggestions to improve China 's food safety supervision and administrative law enforcement system .
