Abstract


In recent years , countries to encourage policy driven , multinational companies set up R \u0026 D center in China is increasing rapidly. To attract foreign investment , local governments in the Yangtze River Delta competing tax incentives given to foreign investors , reduction of land use fees , preferential lending rate incentives , excessive competition of this foreign capital to bring a series of problems in the Yangtze River Delta , is not conducive to long the long-term development of the triangle . Therefore , in the R \u0026 D centers of multinational companies vied for the occasion of the Yangtze River Delta , and how to handle the relationship between competition and cooperation , strengthen attract foreign R \u0026 D centers should become the focus of attention of the Yangtze River Delta provinces and one city government . Departure from the reality of globalization of multinational R \u0026 D background , explicitly related to the concept and research status on the basis of the first full study of foreign R \u0026 D investment in the status quo in the Yangtze River Delta and Yangtze River Delta , including the favorable and unfavorable , Yangtze River Delta attract investment advantages : from a hardware and software perspective , then explore the process of attracting foreign R \u0026 D investment , through the establishment of more than one game model , the behavior of dynamic Yangtze River Delta Government and multinational companies , as well as the Yangtze River Delta internal three to attract investment effect their causes , as well as the principle of mutual interests distribution ; Finally, by drawing on the successful experience of South Korea and Singapore to attract foreign capital , in this article on how to attract foreign R \u0026 D investment in the Yangtze River Delta in the new situation presented four recommendations : ( 1 ) optimize regional coordination , ( 2 ) improve to attract investment related policies , (3) to encourage domestic R \u0026 D , and (4 ) government investment .
