Abstract


Chain management is popular in China in recent years a commercial organization and operational forms , rapid growth and development in the current economic environment . But with the constant improvement of China's socialist market economic system , chain enterprises as the status of the main circulation industry market competition is becoming increasingly important and increasingly complex environment of the enterprise competition . Especially after China's accession to the WTO , China chain industry concentration and the scale of operation , the enterprise system , operating mechanisms and scientific management , technology R \u0026 D and innovation ability , talent possession and absorb mechanisms are subject to from multinational advantage the business challenges chain facing unprecedented competitive environment . Therefore , scientific evaluation of the the chain enterprise competitive status quo , has important practical significance to guide enterprise competitive strategy . The full text of First analyzing the nature and characteristics of chain enterprises , the formation of of chain enterprises competitiveness preliminary theoretical basis . After departure from the characteristics of chain enterprises , and put forward five principles to build the chain enterprise competitiveness evaluation system , the seven criteria and 11 sub-criteria , 36 indicators of the four levels of building integrated enterprise competitiveness evaluation index system . Finally , based on principal component analysis for the model 13 chain operations listed companies Empirical analysis using the SPSS software package for data processing , comparative analysis and empirical analysis of the results chain hundred charts obtained 13 enterprise competitiveness ranking position , and put forward recommendations to further promote the development of chain enterprises .
