Abstract


The growth is a core problem to research the high-tech company, and the growth evaluation is the key to research the growth problem. Growth is not only the life of high-tech company but also attract more attention of the nation and investors. How about the growth of high-tech company in our country could reflect the total growth status of the company in some extent and the economy increase potential of our country in the future. So, the research on the growth evaluation of high-tech company has important meaning in theory and realism.This paper particularly analyzed the interior and exterior factors that affect the growth of high-tech company. According to the principium that interior factors decide the things’ essence and exterior affect its change, this paper emphasized the interior factors, and roundly chosen the finance and non-finance indexes to build the growth evaluation model of high-tech company. Then, in contrast with some commonly used methods of growth evaluation, this paper chose the main factor analysis method. And then took the 81th high-tech company for sample which belong to Shanghai Stock Market, the scientific evaluation for the growth of the high-tech company in our country has been carried out.According to the demonstration results, the integration evaluation for the growth of high-tech company in our country was made from four aspects. Particularly analyzed the total and industry growth status of the high-tech company, the influence that the technology innovation capacity on the growth of the high-tech company and the status of the technology innovation capacity in our country. According to the different capacity score, educed six kinds of growth mode, and analyzed their characteristic and applicability in detail. Then compared with the data that one year lag of the sample company, the conformable growth model of high-tech company in our country has been obtained. At last, the countermeasure and suggestion have been put forward based on the total growth status of high-tech company in our country.
