Abstract


The construction market is a typical incomplete information markets , asymmetric information , both bidding complex game relationship in a way serious reduce market efficiency . Tender side adverse selection process , the which bid evaluation mode can maximize the benefits of the owner of the building projects in the bidding process needs to be done on how to improve the owners can avoid the risk of adverse selection has become an urgent problem . Bidding of construction projects in China from the pre-tender bid evaluation mode transition to the pre-tender bid evaluation mode , the main line of asymmetric information , starting from the point of view of both the bidding based on game theory , information economics , and tools such as transaction cost theory game model based on actual survey of the current construction market bidding status quo , a balanced analysis of pre-tender bid evaluation mode, the lowest price in the pre-tender bid evaluation mode evaluation mode, and a reasonably low price bid evaluation mode to explore superiority and applicability ; reasonable the cheap bid evaluation mode Lowest Bid mode analysis and parsing of the rent-seeking in the bidding process for construction projects , the economic roots of the real problem of the excessively low quotations ; analysis of construction project bidding Construction of possibility as well as the effect of repeated games . On this basis, this paper attempts to further explore the effect of the current construction market credit system established, engineering the Construction Agent degrees , Construction Guarantee System promotion measures to circumvent the risk of tendering person . Ultimately provide a theoretical basis for work in construction project bidding bidding mechanism set and bid evaluation mode selection .
