Abstract


This article summarizes the basis of comparative thermal power plants at home and abroad air pollutant emission standards on a combination of foreign emissions performance standard and unified energy use evaluation system established generation enterprise performance evaluation system, the system , including energy consumption indicators , indicators of pollutant emissions and pollutant evaluation . According to the requirements of Air Pollutant Emission Control emission performance indicators , the use of power enterprises , power generation enterprises atmospheric pollution emissions control and allocation model . Summarizes the shortcomings of the current power generation by way of a scheme , according to the requirements of the national energy saving , energy saving and environmental protection generation planning model , and examples of calculations show that the model can effectively reduce the total coal consumption and pollutant emissions .
