Abstract

A systematic study of this thesis is the first alumina slurry rheology . That the talc content in the range of small with 4wt% , the viscosity of the alumina slurry , fluidity slightly changed . However , the alumina slurry containing talc has obvious thixotropy, the test results show that the thixotropic properties of the slurry and the talc material lamellar structure . SiO 2 / CaO within the range of from 0.6 to 5 , the viscosity of the slurry almost no difference, but when the Si0 2 / CaO is too high , the slurry having thixotropy. Studied the the different SiO 2 / CaO the sintering system of 96Al 2 O 3 < / sub > ceramic substrate organizational structure and performance impact . Changes in the density of the substrate with SiO 2 / CaO relationship as \The density of the substrate is related to the type and content of the sintering process, the glass phase . 2 / CaO region base piece glass phase content is too high and burn low SiO causes lower density. The SiO 2 / CaO 2.16 near the glass phase content is too low , due to burning , high porosity , and other factors , resulting in a lower density . In addition, with the sintering temperature , SiO 2 / CaO 2.16 near 96 porcelain density increased . The sintering process of alumina 96 porcelain dielectric constant and dielectric loss greater impact overfiring owe burn caused by increased dielectric loss , the dielectric constant of the low . Within the range of 1550 ℃ -1600 ℃ , SiO 2 / CaO High 2.16 nearby dielectric loss is due to at least the content of the glass phase , resulting ceramic under-firing caused . With the sintering temperature the SiO 2 < / sub > / CaO 2.16 near the density increased , ( ? ) Loss reduction . 1550 ° C , 1600 ° C under the conditions of the sintered , 96 flexural strength of the alumina substrate , with of SiO 2 < / sub > / CaO ( 0.6-4.8 range ) of increase increases. Talc content and thermal processes of 96Al 2 O 3 < / sub > ceramic substrate organizational structure and performance impact . That the different talc content of 96 of the flexural strength of the ceramic substrate , density and electrical properties have a greater impact . Explore the role and impact of the mechanism of MgO in the microscopic structure of the play and found the formation of fine grain 96 porcelain , you need to add the best range of talc .
