Abstract


Neutral point treatments is related with security, reliability and economy in distribution system directly. This paper analyses and studies three major neutral point treatments. According to their characteristic and problems, this paper brings how to select in terms of reality of distribution.In the isolated neutral system, voltage transformer ferroressonance and fuse-blow-out is a severe problem which obsesses operator. This paper studies their true reason on base of theoretic analysis. It brings practicable programme which has operated field service.In the resonant earthed neutral system, this paper brings new capacitance current detection base on electric network parameter, which is against the difficulty in extinction of arc controlling. And it designs magnetic biasing arc-suppression controller base on industrial computer.The paper has obtained a few achievements and it has utility in project.
