Abstract


The winter city building gradually been concern in the nearly 20 years since . Scandinavia, China , Japan , Canada , the United States and other countries for the appropriate construction technology in cold climate characteristics . Energy applications and energy-saving technologies , snow and ice treatment technology , and the implementation of the space environment to improve winter city . At the same time the city streets has also experienced a \In this context , this paper winter city pedestrian commercial street winter walking traffic problems , energy loss , lack of the single green landscape , water environment , the behavior is limited street space interface single study concluded .
