Abstract


At present, China has built sluices five thousand seats , these sluice play a huge role in flood control , and waterlogging , tidal , irrigation , water supply , shipping and hydroelectric , and provide an important guarantee for China 's economic development and social stability . However , most of the concrete sluice After decades of running , by the long-term impact of natural and anthropogenic factors , the the buildings aging disease , not only a serious threat to the sluice on the the downstream regional security , and will affect the local economy and overall social progress . Therefore, according to the existing theory , combined with other related industries advanced computer programming software for the preparation of the comprehensive evaluation system for the security of the sluice , and has higher practical value and broad prospects . This paper summarizes the theories and methods of evaluation and analysis of sluice safety at home and abroad , the basic procedures for the safety evaluation of the sluice , the basis and criteria of evaluation and analysis , the index system , empowering method , as well as evaluating the methods were more systematic and in-depth research , developed the sluice comprehensive safety evaluation system designed to sluice aging scientific and reasonable evaluation and provide a reference for the sluice management units to carry out secure identification . This paper reads as follows: ( 1 ) in the full study, based on analysis summarizes the basic the sluice security evaluation program , the evaluation criteria , the evaluation based on the evaluation criteria ; SL214-98 \consistent with safety evaluation index system of sluice . (2 ) on the basis of the comprehensive safety evaluation analysis summarizes sluice Weights , Multiple Inheritance Law based on fuzzy consistent matrix improved Qunce fuzzy hierarchy analysis and weight . (3) The analysis summarizes the comprehensive evaluation of the sluice security evaluation method based on improved of multidimensional gray evaluation method and multi-level gray fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method . ( 4 ) the use of multi-level gray fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method , Borland Delphi 7.0 for system development , the successful development of a good operator interface sluice comprehensive safety evaluation system . ( 5 ) use of the development of the safety of the sluice comprehensive evaluation system for safety evaluation of of Nanjing wuding door sluice verify the reasonableness and practicality of the system .
