Abstract

Textile and garment industry as one of the China's traditional pillar industries, over the years, China's economic growth, export made a great contribution. However, the extensive growth mode of the industry also brought the problems of resources and environment. For example, the massive growth of cashmere products caused by the degradation of water pollution caused by dyeing and pastoral areas. Significant impact the outbreak of the global financial crisis in 2008, China's textile and garment exports mainly to OEM orders for a sharp reduction in the survival and development of enterprises subject to a severe test. Textile and garment exports since the beginning of 2009 a negative growth for several consecutive months. In this context, China's textile and garment industry is only through structural adjustment and transformation of traditional production business model to take advantage of a variety of non-price competition means, including the production and operation mode based on the sustainable development of circular economy, in order to continuously improve the competitiveness of the industry and economic and social benefits. It is extremely necessary because of the special nature of the textile and garment industry, the enterprises in the development of circular economy is bound to have different characteristics than other industries; study cycle the current economic situation of the textile and garment industry in the case of today's domestic and international situation is changing, and improved direction . In this paper, the structure adjustment of China's textile and garment industry as a research perspective, field research and questionnaire parse through the enterprise of Jiangsu and Zhejiang and other provinces and cities, to explore the establishment of the evaluation system for textile and garment enterprises develop recycling economy. Based on the analysis of the business survey data, clear the level of development of the textile and garment recycling economy, thereby determining the corporate short-term and long-term direction of development. In addition, try starting from a business perspective, to evaluate the behavior of other stakeholders in the development of recycling economy - government and build a game model to analyze the two different roles in the development of recycling economy. In this paper, first established in the study and analysis of a large number of documents based on interviews with more than 30 textile and garment enterprises to conduct research and to obtain first-hand information on these enterprises. Leader in the development of recycling economy - Zhejiang Furun Group case analysis, in order to obtain the application and evaluation of the domestic textile and garment enterprises in the development of circular economy. By contrast, analyze, summarize the circular economy development level of China and the textile and garment industry and future trends. Research to understand the enterprise circular economy development status of certain textile and garment enterprises of Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces.
