Objective To investigate the relationship of allergic diseases and allergens understand German BiCOM - 2000 treatment instrument the value in the diagnosis of allergic diseases , clinical diagnosis and treatment provide a theoretical basis . Methods Germany BiCOM - 2000 treatment instrument Xinjiang Medical University First Affiliated Hospital of Dermatology 150 cases of allergic disease in patients with allergy testing which 50 patients examined by Western blotting as a control group were randomly selected , relevant statistics analysis . The results ( 1 ) 150 patients allergic to the original test results : the highest dust mites 68 cases ( 45.33 % ) , followed by vegetables 56 ( 37.33% ) , cereals 46 cases ( 30.66% ) , flowers and plants in 43 cases ( 28.33% ) , spices 35 cases ( 23.33% ) , of meat 33 cases ( 22.00% ) , industrial poisons , milk , respectively, in 33 cases ( 22.00% ) , mold in 26 cases ( 17.33% ) , the fish mixture II 23 ( 15.33 % ) , fruit 21 ( 14.00% ) , 19 cases ( 12.66% ) of the albumen and yolk . ( 2 ) inhalation group to dust mites , ingestion group to beef and mutton , wheat , fish mixture II , milk protein and egg yolk , tomato-based . ( 3 ) two detection methods dust mites, wheat , beef and mutton , fungi , flowers , milk allergen detection rate was no significant difference ( P gt ; 0.05 ) The conclusions of the two methods in the detection of allergens aspects nonspecific , the doctor should be based on the actual situation of the patient's allergen detection , the best combination of in vivo , in vitro tests to common evaluation .
