Abstract


The diesis summarized the diagnosis and treatment of chest stuffiness,by collecting 137 cases of chest stuffiness and inputing them into databases,which is analyzed by frequency analysi,factor analysis,cluster analysis,analysus the of association rules,logistic regression,Symptoms of chest stuffiness、Tongue picture、ulse congdition and prescription drug-used were analyzed by SPSS 13.0 and SAS software.The Conclusion is: deficiency incidental excess is basic pathogenesis of chest stuffiness,deficiency of the heart-yang,warming and recuperating the heart-yang and Phlegm and Blood Stasis are the main pathological basis frequently Symptoms are deficiency of the heart-yang,Phlegm and Blood Stasis、Qi stagnation and blood stasis、deficiency of both heart and spleen、Yin deficiencies of heart and kidney、deficiency of both Qi and Yia Warming Yang,replenishing heart, synchronic treating phlegm and blood stasis are the basic rule of treatment,general prescription are gualouxiebaibanxia decoction xiaoxianxiong decoction shenmaiyin zhishixiebaiguizhi decoction tianwangbuxindan guipi decoction wendan decoction Thereare 16 pairs drugs used more frequently,including warming yang drugs qi-invigorating drugs qi-regulating drugs reduce phlegm drugs activating blood drugs.The Medicine law is Warming Yang is bacial method.Warming Yang Supplementing Heart accompany with clearing heat drugs, regulating Qi drugs shoud be used when applying synchronic treating phlegm and blood stasis drugs,tranquilize mind is also important.Reference could be provided for clinical medication by summarized diagnosis and Treatment Regularity of chest stuffiness.
