Abstract


The iron ore is the basic raw material of the iron and steel industry since 2003 , China has been the world 's largest iron ore buyer , but in the international iron ore pricing negotiations , almost every time in a passive position , which gives Chinese nationals the economy can not be ignored . solve the problems of our country in the international iron ore trade negotiations pricing has become a top priority . Firstly, in accordance with domestic and international iron ore production , trade status and international iron ore negotiations History prisoner's Dilemma game theory model , based on analysis of the international mining giant to use its monopoly position to manipulate the price of iron ore , the use of dialysis between the iron ore suppliers in price-fixing , at the same time demand for the country by building iron ore and supply the country bargaining model (taking into account the degree of patience ) on the pricing of iron ore to draw in reality incomplete information market environment , China is essentially passive position in the negotiations pricing . then , from Japan and other iron ore demand for the country's point of departure , on the one hand , the low concentration of China's steel enterprises this outstanding issue , cross-regional mergers and acquisitions game model by constructing Chinese steel enterprises , suggested that China should implement the \the combination of steel enterprises integration strategy recommendations on the other hand , the dependence on imported iron ore in China this important issue to reduce China's steel industry is exposed to the reality of the risk of iron ore prices as a starting point , the Chinese steel enterprises should increase the intensity of the strategy of the foreign mining shares , through the establishment of day ( same as the buyer ) information asymmetry static game model , the best way to risk balanced approach explores the motives of China has increased its equity participation and through the game before and after the Sino - Japanese joint stock pay compared to the rational principle of maximizing obtained the international mining equity ratio factor .
