Abstract


\Overview of our civil pretrial procedure from the start , this paper describes the characteristics and features of the concept of pre-trial procedures ; then focuses on civil pretrial procedure theoretical basis that procedural justice , litigation efficiency and stability program content , which cited the program justice is the theoretical basis of pre-trial proceedings ; part III civil pretrial procedure in Western countries, judicial reform introduced from the point of view of comparative law , and thus reveal the Two Legal civil pretrial procedure legislation of enlightenment to China ; once again the considerations discussed earlier on the basis of the reality of our civil pre-trial procedures in this part of the problems and the reasons for our civil pretrial procedure ; article last made ??on improving the system of our civil pretrial procedure several point proposal , I hope this will help improve China 's pre-trial procedures , independent value and functionality to play a pre-trial procedures , which is efficient and economic justice goals be helpful to resolve civil disputes .
