Abstract


Civil Procedure as an option procedural rights are fully respected legislative parties meant freedom, caring for clients in the program embodies . Civil Procedure Option appeal is rooted in the theory and procedural justice theory . In civil proceedings , the parties as the main body of the program , in relation to their rights , obligations and responsibilities , it should be given the opportunity to participate fully in the program , with sufficient procedural safeguards . Programs option in a civil action has to adapt to the world development trend of civil litigation , civil litigation to achieve the purpose , reduce litigation costs, improve program effectiveness and practical value realization of justice . With the concept of human rights in the legal theory of deepening the main principles and procedures for countries to accept the Civil Procedure Law , Civil Procedure options to become an integral part of academic research topic.
