Abstract


News infringes upon a citizen privacy issues , always is a way to make the media and the legal community concerns and headaches. In modern society , news monitoring is playing an increasingly important role, however, it has to play an active role in social justice at the same time , and they often infringe on the privacy of citizens . As our country in privacy legislation not yet in civil Basic Law expressly provides for the protection of privacy is basically in indirect state, and the absence of news tort law , but also makes the news privacy issues in the identification process on the lack of specialized legal basis . This paper analyzes the news privacy Characteristics, Causes and accountability requirements on the basis of seeking privacy, the right to know and the right balance between freedom of the press , for the news media and the Privacy looking borders, explore its legal regulation .
