Abstract


The institution of marriage is the best embodiment of a nation accustomed to the system . In Chinese traditional concept of marriage , the marriage concluded in accordance with the \However , the People's Republic of China Marriage Law negates the traditional ceremony of marriage \If we receive status as indicators of success of the implementation of the national legal marriage certificate , then the Chinese laws and the implementation is successful. Is very popular marriage registration , marriage registration has become a new concept . National laws implementing the key to success is not the establishment , but the establishment of the interests of the chain of violence deterrence mechanism . A country's laws and the implementation of the system in addition to rely on the deterrence of violence but also to establish a chain of interest . Deterrence of violence is a form of punishment mechanism , that is, when the people rejected the law , the country so that those who do not abide by the law to pay for that , that law-abiding income is zero, and the non-compliance to negative income . We violence deterrence is a legal external driving mechanism .
