Vocational education is an important part of modern education , industrialization , an important pillar of the socialization of production , modern , and many developed countries, they have been regarded as a strategic move to promote social and economic development , enhancing the overall national strength . In the 1990s , a major breakthrough in vocational education is to implement \This reform is for a strategy of high youth unemployment rate . This new research perspective not only on vocational education theory in the United States and the world as a whole vocational education system to make a contribution . This article consists of three parts . The 1990s American Vocational Education Chapter reason . First reviewed the course of development of vocational education in the United States is divided into before the Second World War , the Second World War to the sixties , seventies , eighties four stages . Reform is mainly influenced by the following four factors , namely , the need for economic development in the United States , changes in the structure of employment , enterprise survival and development needs as well as vocational education itself there is a serious problem . The second chapter on the 1990s American Vocational Education . This chapter from the teaching programs of vocational education ( school-based learning, work -based learning , networking activities ) , curriculum ( integration of school-based learning and work - based learning , the integration of academic courses and vocational courses , secondary education and post-secondary education integration) between the three aspects of the practice mode ( cooperative education , youth apprenticeship , technical preparedness plans ) to introduce . The third chapter on the implementation of the reform of vocational education in the 1990s , the impact and the existing problems . This chapter first describes the implementation of the reform of vocational education in the United States , followed by the positive impact of the reform of vocational education from the perspective of students, teachers , enterprises , and finally analysis of the vocational education in the implementation of the reform process in the presence of some of the problems .
