Abstract


Currently, large-scale geometric measurement widely used coordinate measuring technology , and coordinate the evaluation of uncertainty in the measurement environment and task-oriented measurement program planning problems to be solved . The actual requirements of large-scale measurement program and the evaluation of uncertainty , the paper focuses on the influencing factors of the measurement uncertainty , the expression of the measurement program and simulation-based evaluation of uncertainty , the main contents and results are as follows : (1) the study constructed based on numerical simulation on the basis of the basic flow of the coordinate measuring its uncertainty influencing factors , uncertainty assessment and measurement of overall program planning framework . (2 ) based on the new generation Geometrical product specifications (Geometrical Product Specification and verification, GPS) requirements, design and build measurement basis algorithm library , and basic GPS operation operator uncertainty assessment and evaluation by an example methods . (3) concepts and methods for the introduction of the tree in order to study the expression measurement process based on the ordered tree model , the model , which reflects the measurement steps , and can be refined to specific GPS operator level , to facilitate human-computer interaction , laid the foundation for the automated processing of the measured data . (4) practical aspects of measurement for a missile engineering , research paper basis to build ordered tree - based measurement solutions to the laser tracker measurement data of generated simulation data, simulation and analysis of the program , Conclusion verify the feasibility and correctness of the main technical program .
