Abstract


With the sustained, high-intensity mining of coal enterprises in China, while substantial increase in coal production, has also led to many major mining of coal enterprises can take advantage of the coal resources decreasing dramatically shorten the life of existing mines. To compete more coal resources for the continuation of its life cycle, and capture the market, more and more coal enterprises began steering the perspective outside the region. Cross-regional expansion of coal mining, the implementation of spatial extension strategy has become an inevitable choice for the majority of our coal enterprises now realize the added value and sustainable development. Since the expansion of mining investment in a huge number of coal enterprises across regions, investment payback period longer affected by many risk factors, its control not properly managed, could have a huge impact of coal enterprises. This article is in this context, risk and its evaluation of the inter-regional expansion around the coal enterprises expanded accordingly. First, through the analysis of inter-regional expansion of the enterprise risk connotation and motivation to define the meaning of a cross-regional expansion of coal enterprises, the risks of cross-regional expansion of coal enterprises. Secondly, through a literature review and summarize from external and internal cross-regional expansion of coal enterprises may face several types of risk factors, assumptions, and then the use of questionnaires and expert interviews combined method for the assumption finishing summed up the cross-regional expansion of the various types of risk factors affecting coal enterprises, and in-depth analysis of these risk factors, while with the ISM model described the relationship between the nine categories of risk factors derived . Constructed on the basis of the analysis of the risk factors of cross-regional expansion of coal enterprises the risk indicators primaries set, and the use of questionnaires and interviews, the use of statistical methods in the form of screening the primary set of indicators to get a cross-regional expansion risk index system of coal enterprises, at the same time according to the results of the statistical risk of cross-regional expansion degree of risk indicators in the index system of coal enterprises sorted four indicators of relevance descending being divided into three categories. Then, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analytic hierarchy process to build a cross-regional expansion risk assessment model for coal enterprises, and to evaluate the risk of cross-regional expansion of the coal enterprises through empirical research on the case so that the evaluation model for effective verification. Finally, the proposed risk control recommendations.
