Abstract

Molybdenum is an element rarely distributed in nature, it is in the crust average content of 0.001 percent. Molybdenum ore molybdenum ore is characterized by low metal content, often accompanied by a variety of health valuable elements such as copper, tungsten, gold, silver, iron and so on. Although the lower grade of these elements, but particularly large molybdenum ore reserves, the reserves associated elements are considerable, so the overall development and utilization of tailings will not only help the original mine exhausted or insufficient resources again become a new resource base, recovery or expansion of production, make full use of non-renewable mineral resources and the existing mine facilities, play mining potential, and solve environmental pollution, improve the ecological environment and land remediation, so tailings comprehensive recovery has enormous economic, social, environmental benefits. In this thesis, a Guangdong-molybdenum ore processing old tailings as the research object, the current amount of the mine tailings accumulation has exceeded 2.96 million tons, with the development of the mine tailings accumulation amount increasing to mining, environmental and economic such a huge impact. In the experiment of the study, carried out on the ore process mineralogy research, mineral composition, the metallic minerals in addition to molybdenite, but contain small amounts of pyrite, chalcopyrite, sphalerite, galena, scheelite, black tungsten ore and so on. Spectrum and multi-element analysis showed that the Mo content in the sample was 0.0063%, WO3 content of 0.093%, SiO2 content of 73.21%. Other valuable elements concentrations are low. In order to maximize the comprehensive recovery of valuable elements in tailings, tailings recycling valuable Mo, WO3, SiO2, this thesis is recovery of molybdenum in molybdenum and tungsten tailings achieve comprehensive recycling purposes, but also to provide a comprehensive utilization of tailings new ideas. Through a series of re-election and flotation tailing tailing pilot study compared to determine the flotation tailing a large, coarse tailings re-election sweep the election process molybdenum. Ore roughing process is two roughing, roughing Ⅰ conditions kerosene consumption 150g / t, 2 # oil consumption 30 g / t, flotation concentration of 40%, flotation time 18 minutes; rougher conditions kerosene consumption Ⅱ 50g / t, 2 # oil consumption 15 g / t. The resulting blend crude yield of 0.67% concentrate grade of 0.73%, recovery was 77.94% of the crude concentrate to achieve a one-time tailing 99.33%. After tailing coarse concentrate regrinding to 200mesh 83.52% then selected five flotation tests available grade of 24.78%, 62.94% recovery of molybdenum concentrate. The results of the project to achieve the indicator. This study shows that the molybdenum molybdenum ore beneficiation tailings for recovery is feasible, in follow-up work will be further small industrial pilot study that it applies to production. This gives the mine full use of resources, improve mining efficiency, extend the mine life presents an effective way. In the realization of certain economic benefits, but also can solve the environmental problems caused by mine tailings, the protection of the ecological environment, the practice of circular economy is important.
