MATERIALS AND METHODS: repair outpatient patients with 151 , a total of 275 of the front teeth , using a diamond bur conventional all-ceramic crown preparation , impression , irrigation system, model . Natural light Chromascop shade colorimetric production with IPSEmress Ⅱ cast glass ceramic system restorations , dual-cure adhesive Varriolink Ⅱ resin bonding . Check gingival health status after repair prosthesis edge coloring according to the the correction standards of the American Public Health Association , the gingival margin microleakage prosthesis color around the prosthesis caries , restorations with or without fracture , tooth mobility evaluation . Results : 275 prosthetic gingival health status IPSEmpress II front teeth edge coloring in all-ceramic crowns , gingival microleakage , restorations color , repair periprosthetic caries , restorations with or without fracture , tooth mobility indicators class A repair satisfactory . Conclusion : IPSEmpress Ⅱ all-ceramic crown front teeth can maintain the health of the gum tissue to obtain satisfactory clinical results .
