Objective: radionuclide SPECT examination of the patients and the control group epiphora caused by conjunctivochalasis explore the the radioactive value and clinical significance of radionuclide SPECT studies in patients conjunctivochalasis . Method: Select conjunctivochalasis cause epiphora 24 patients ( 48 ) , based on the accumulation of the position of the relaxation of the bulbar conjunctiva is divided into three , of which 8 cases ( 16 ) , selected 8 cases of normal subjects as the control group , all patients had complete radionuclide SPECT examination , fluorescein conjunctivochalasis group do check , and 10 cases ( 20 ) patients with conjunctival crescent resection , SPECT check again after surgery . Results : 1 , a control group of the conjunctivochalasis group T1 / 2 values ??no difference ( p > 0.05 ) ; conjunctivochalasis group 2 , 3 , compared with control group T1 / 2 values ??were significant difference (p < 0.01) ; 3 2 Comparative T1 of / 2 value has a significant difference ( p <0.01 ) ; 2 the conjunctivochalasis group after surgery T1 / 2 value was significantly smaller than prior to surgery (p <0.01); 3, conjunctivochalasis the group of two , three fluorescent elements clear test (FCT) delay a rate significantly higher than statistically significant ( P <0.01 ) . Conclusion: The evaluation of radionuclide SPECT studies on the detection and surgical treatment of patients with conjunctivochalasis have important clinical implications .
